Star Trek: Holo-ween
Issues 1-4 (Covers A and B)
GUYS I AM FERAL OVER DATA'S FRANKENSTEIN'S MONSTER DESIGN FOR THE NEW 'HOLO-WEEN' STAR TREK COMIC ISSUES THEY WILL RELEASE!!! 👀❤️🔥
They finally came in!! Thank you, Pop comics!! The guy actually remembers to save Beverly covers for me and, to a lesser degree, Riker covers! What an awesome comic dude!! The Riker cover gives me naughty ....fanfiction ideas.....
//Holo-ween Headcanon:
The holos all change their physical perimeters to “dress up” as each other for Halloween each year. They randomize it so Cris can’t figure it out beforehand, and they stay on all day. Sometimes they switch it up to throw him off, though, like they switch their accents around instead of their physical perimeters, or they make each of them have a different accent that none of them usually have.
Once they all looked the same, with the same accent, one that none of them have normally. Cris had to watch their behavior to tell them apart that time, he couldn’t just memorize what each looks/sounds like for the day. Every time he saw them he had to watch what they were doing to tell which one they were. He got it right every time (even when they try to trick him by mimicking the behavior of another holo), but it was a bit harder.

Star Trek Holo-Ween #4
That was decent. I feel like the series peaked in the second issue and should have ended with the third. I don't feel that this last issue really added a whole lot. And I'm not super into how they beat it with technobabble. It's not that fun. Though overall the series was fun. I'd read more. Maybe not TNG. Probably Voyager. Or even Lower Decks could be good.

Star Trek Holo-Ween #3
That was decent. I wasn't as into as I was the second issue. But it was still fun. Scotty was a big surprise. As was the other villain showing up in the end. Idk if they really foreshadowed it though. I'm not familiar with that character. Even if they did, I feel like we needed a bit more of that to make it not feel like it came out of nowhere. Otherwise, good stuff! -Chuck
fool, moon
fool: what's the biggest risk you've ever taken?I’m not really a big risk taker... I’d say that the biggest risk I’ve taken is booking a trip to another country to visit someone I’ve been wanting to meet in person for a very long time
moon: do you have any recurrent dreams? Oh goodness, yes. Many, in fact, but I’ll only share three:Having to drive to a place I don’t know how to get to and my breaks never work rightBeing in a large house or building in which I keep discovering new secret roomsFinding out that I have to go back to high school because there was something wrong with calculating my credits and so I need to go for another year and I end up just sitting in all my classes shouting, “I shouldn’t be here! I graduated from college!”
