Here we have the interior of Hollow Point's best (possibly only?) bar, the Purple Skag!
Please note that these are MODELS, this is not a MAP! Due to SFM's 32-material limit, I had to break the bar into sections to keep under that limit. You will need to assemble the pieces to create a complete bar, but don't worry, it's easy to do, and I provide instructions on how to do so. :)
The base (floor and bar) has body groups (toggle off/on) for the beer taps, booth, table/stools groups (a through d), blood stain and dirt splotches.
The stairway model has body groups (toggle off/on) for the crate lid and various walls in the stairway so you can toggle them on/off to allow for better camera angles in that small space.
The back wall (with the door) has a body group (toggle off/on) for exterior mattes (if you want to view them through the open door, for example).
(If you need to hide the front, left or right walls (to get them out of the way for a camera angle, for example), you can hide them by clicking on the eye icon beside the model in the Animation Set Editor in SFM.)
HOW TO PLACE THE PURPLE SKAG MODELS:
1. You will need to load a large black void map. The one I like to use is "sfm_hugebox1_blacksky_dark.bsp" which you can find on the SFM workshop.
2. Add the necessary Purple Skag models (purpleskaginterior_base, purpleskaginterior_ceiling, purpleskaginterior_stairway, purpleskaginterior_wallback, purpleskaginterior_wallfront, purpleskaginterior_wallleft, purpleskaginterior_wallright).
3. Expand each model's "Unknown" control group.
4. Using the "purpleskaginterior_base" model, click and drag the "PurpleSkagBar_PARENT" control onto the "PurpleSkagBar_child" control of the "purpleskaginterior_ceiling" model and release the mouse button. You should see a padlock icon beside the "PurpleSkagBar_child" control on the ceiling model now.
5. Repeat Step 4 with the stairway, wallback, wallfront, wallleft, and wallright models (dragging the "PurpleSkagBar_PARENT" control from the base onto the "PurpleSkagBar_child" control of each of the other models). You should see padlock icons beside the "PurpleSkagBar_child" control of each model EXCEPT the purpleskaginterior_base model now.
6. Click on the "PurpleSkagBar_child" control of the ceiling model. Beside the list of models, you should have a panel that has a tab labeled "Procedural." With the "PurpleSkagBar_child" control of the ceiling model selected, click in the procedural control labeled "Zero," and drag it all the way to the right. The ceiling should have slid into the proper position.
7. Repeat Step 6 with the stairway, wallback, wallfront, wallleft, and wallright models (selecting each model's "PurpleSkagBar_child" control and dragging the "Zero" procedural control bar all the way to the right).
8. Add your lights, cameras, other models, etc.
(Note: The above instructions describe how to "lock" models. You can also use those instructions to lock props (such as a bottle of beer) to a model's hand. If you need more help on how to lock models, Google is your friend. There are YouTube videos and walkthroughs out there, including some information on the Valve developer website.)
Also included in this pack are prop models for beer bottles and drinking glasses! The beer bottle model has body groups to allow you to choose between the different styles/colors... 11 choices in total! The drinking glass model has body groups to allow you to choose betweem different styles of empty glasses (clear, opaque) or beverages (clear glass with either milk or beer).
