Well... I don't know if scared is the word I'd use. But regeneration isn't a painless process. It's certainly not something I ever look forward to. Plus, I'm not too fond of the change part either. After some time, you grow used to being in the body you're in. It's not fun to suddenly change.
As for bananas, they're just delicious. That's all there is to it there, and I love Nutella! Both of them together is more than brilliant!
