PLOT: Emptied Onto A Wall

The fog has lifted. The missing members have been rescued from the demon cult. Two are gone. Those who were wounded are healing and the time has come to move on. No one is quite sure what the world will throw at them next, but fall will soon give way to winter and they know that the only way they will survive is to keep going.

The group moves into a town that appears completely abandoned. There are signs of survival, but also that of a mass exodus, as if all the living left in the area simply moved on. It's open and unprotected, but quiet and out of the way. In the town, there are signs that people moved on. Notes left in graffiti, left for a friend, pointing them on a new path. Do they risk following the messages left by a mysterious person, or do they choose to ignore what may be the first break they have gotten in a long time?

We, as proud admins of Handful of Dust, are very disappointed to hear of Ask Wednesday being used as a platform for childish jabs behind the cowardly safety of an anonymous button instead of a fun and interesting way to discover new things about one's characters. We appreciate the always exciting participation from our players in sending out these questions, and we're very sorry one immature individual had to ruin it for you. Because of this, we are closing Ask Wednesday until further notice.

To the person that sent this petty statement, you know who you are and we're extremely disappointed in your conduct and attitude, that you felt the need to attack another player and their character. If the person who made the comment decides they'd like to be brave, for once, and come forward to us to discuss the situation, we may think about re-instating Ask Wednesday. But we do not suspect this individual will. This roleplay is meant to be fun for every member of our group, and if you do not wish to be a part of that then we'd prefer you just dropped your characters instead of sending rude messages to our loyal players who love this roleplay. Ask Wednesday is not a platform for you to make another person feel bad about their characters or their writing skills.

We wish to maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere here at HOD and we ask our players to help us in that aspect. If you think you cannot handle being kind to another writer, we ask that you request unfollows for your characters now because this will not be tolerated on any level.
