He is the god/guardian of positivity. He has his own kingdom, just like his brother does. Unlike his brother, he cannot harm people, even if they're like- pure evil. So in order to keep balance, him and his brother made a truce. Nightmare would only hunt and kill those who Dream had no hope of saving. Dream is seen as a savior of sorts, even though he doesn't see himself like that.

Despite being a god, he.....isn't 100% knowledgeable about everything. (Himbo energy.)

He is very bubbly and kind, being kind to even his brother!

If he were to get a partner, he would spoil them like no one's business. You want that new laptop that's way too expensive? What a coincidence! He just bought one for you! :D You want new clothes? Boom. Whatever you wanna wear, he will get you.

He is also amazing with people in general, more so with children and the elderly.
