The secret/kind of hidden scene of Fuyuhiko talking to Akane after Nekomaru was horribly injured is most likely not going to be in SDR2X2 because I doubt Fuyuhiko will make it, but...
I can lowkey see this event being replaced with different characters, and changed slightly. For instance,
Say (for example) Sonia dies before Gundham. I can imagine Peko doing her best to reassure him, in place of Fuyuhiko doing his best to console Akane. OR I can TOTALLY see Nekomaru (if he's still alive) comforting Peko, about Fuyuhiko's (hypothetical) death.
In short, I feel like, or at least hope that they keep this interaction in, but change parts of it to make it fit the different characters. Especially because little interactions like those make the game way more interesting, and really tells you more about the characters as people.
