Sneezy Snowtrace

Se/thos managed to get H/at Guy to play snowtrace with him! He wants you to join too and hide with him. However, it seems the cold is a bit much for a desert dweller...

Context:

Sooo my nosebleeds have gotten so bad recently (sometimes going on for over an hour) I finally made myself go to the doctor. I’ve put it off for so long because I hate going to the doctor any more than I already have to, and, going to the literal nose doctor always makes me allll sorts of uncomfortable and awkward😅

They confirmed what I already knew which was “Wow, your nasal membranes are so inflamed!” And I had to keep straight face the entire time as strangers proceeded to talk about noses and touch my nose for half an hour🙂

They gave me new meds and offered to cauterize it, which is where they basically burn the inside of your nose to singe the blood vessels into submission😅 I thankfully didn’t sneeze during the actual procedure, which would’ve been bad and dangerous, but OH MY GOD y’all, the amount of itching and flaring and sniffling I’ve endured today post procedure is insane!

To make matters worse, after this procedure, they literally tell you to do your best NOT TO SNEEZE! So all day I’ve been putting my finger under my nose like a literal cartoon character, trying to stave them off. There was a small fit that occurred anyway despite my best efforts though, and that’s what’s featured above. I try my best to stifle so I don’t land myself back at the doctor🤦

I do manage to stave them off for almost 3 full minutes. For those of you that like build ups, hurray😅 If that’s not your thing though, I’ve included some time stamps above.

Rainy Day Sneezing & Handkerchief Honking with Mars Solo & Harmony

Stuck inside because of the rain… so instead of pollen outside, we brought the sneezing chaos indoors. @Mars_Solo (X)swears her giant plaid hanky is NOT an old man handkerchief, but I think the jury’s still out. Harmony keeps getting stuck in those hitchy almost-sneezes, stifled fits, and ridiculous elephant-trumpet honking nose blows while Mars completely fills up her “definitely not old man” hanky before she runs out of sneezes. Rain on the roof, sniffles everywhere, and two very messy hankies later…

does it count if I used a t shirt?!😇

I’ve concluded my sneezes are far to wet/messy for muffled sneezes 💦
