     “H - Hey, Strange. . .”

Perhaps it’s rude to suddenly appear in one’s sanctum like this, but considering the arising concern over the warm crimson trickling down her side from recent endeavor - perhaps it’ll be allowed.

                                                 ‘Spare his life, and I’ll give you the stone.’

He leant against a wall, clutching his wine glass with both manacled hands to prevent a mishap of spilling, regarding the event with a bored and sulking expression. It was partly his own fault for slinking away from Thor to avoid his enthusiasm.

Loki paused, glass resting at his lips, when he noticed two familiar faces eyeing him; one he had once fought, another he had not been given the opportunity owing to being dumped on his face halfway across Midgard. Apparently the two were a couple now, having got to know one another in preparation for dealing with Thanos - who had rather bafflingly entirely disappeared. No one was complaining.

The god of mischief arched an eyebrow at them, wondering what issue they were taking up with him now. ‘What?’ he mouthed in their direction.

         A mug appears in front of him. At first he thinks he’s been working too hard, that he’s beginning to hallucinate which is never a good sign. That hasn’t happened for a while. But then, he remembers just whose place he’s crashing at. He shuts his journal. Something about writing out things just always seemed to work better some days than working on a computer. Then tentatively inspects the mug. Not coffee -- there’s a small face he makes but he knows he has to curb that. It’s not as if the caffeine affects him he just likes the taste. But tea is nice. Some herbal brew no doubt Stephen’s steeped especially for him and as he takes his first sip he almost audibly purrs out his gratitude.
