Ala
Known as the goddess of twilight and protector god of Hinpar; the realm of the endless night. When Hinpar was created, it would embody the eternal night of the one being, though not in chaos, but in pure beauty and silence of the shadows.
Ala’s powers include controlling the density of objects, shadow manipulation, Moonlight energy beams, and dream walking. Ala’s ability to dream walk is a rare power and only uses it under the right circumstances.
Due to Hinpar being known as a realm of endless night, many in her realm are trained in the shadows. Many Hinparians have used stealth and the shadows to their advantage which makes them stealthy warriors. They can learn to dream walk but only with assistance from Ala as she prevents many from learning this power due to it being very dangerous to use.
She would welcome Vaeternians to the realm as they enjoyed the darkness as well. She had neutral alliances with other realms but despised both Norah and Outworld based on how much they view war and Norah’s earlier years.
She was extremely critical of Norah’s protector god, Dahish who forced his people to attack other realms and even disliked Norah magic as it counteracts with her Nightmagic.
Regardless many in Hinpar viewed Ala as a positive influence for their realm as her twilight magic was a symbol of peace and protection to them.
Unfortunately Shao Khan challenged Hinpar to mortal Kombat. Their realm was so hidden, and yet ready for the taking. Shao Khan’s forces and Hinpar’s warriors fought in the light opposed to the darkness, caused their downfall, and Ala was killed shortly afterwards placed in a state of Limbo.
In this state especially after Shao Khan has killed a protector god, they would not be able to reform unless their realm is freed. Though trapped in this state, Ala’s will continues to linger through the shadows of Outworld, she awaits for the day her realm will be freed so the goddess of twilight will finally return.
