I normally go with "basically the Hinomori siblings switched their genders with each other," but man, that transfem Shiho headcanon where Shiho wanted to be like Shizuku... I love that.
Tbh Shiho is one of those characters where I can see as whatever gender I'm in the mood for. For me that does tend to lean some flavor of transmasc, but transfem is very very good too.
