the first time tsukki invited kags and hinata into his room and they see the massive amount of figurines he has, hinata is excited af and kags is actually showing interest, and then hinata turns to tsukku and just. "which ones your favorite?!?!!" and kags looks at him expectantly amd tsukki Melts right then and there this leads to tsukki quietly and gently talking abt his favorite dinosaur and abt whichever ones the other two point out theyre genuinely interested and tsukki has never Truly Experienced that b4 (other than yams) and it just makes him fall even more in love with them kags points at the compy and asks abt it and tsukki explains, then kags nods, looks at hinata, and just goes "short, like you." and hinata yells at him. tsukki laughs and kags n hina just stare at him with similar shocked and flustered expressions bc. oh.
this is the only other good thing i could find of my kagehina bs. its unfinished and vague but its Better than the restjhJFDHGJHJGH. @fusedhound
photographer hinata au. model kageyama au. hinata is 100% aware of kageyamas existence and really wants to photograph him but one time kageyama was a huge jerk towards him and hinata holds one heck of a grudge. modeling company/whatever company assigns hinata to photograph kageyama as a project. they spend nearly every day of the week together traveling/doing random things around the city for a month or two.
originally they were constantly bickering and arguing but it gets better and they start to dread the day theyre done with the project.
on the last day they argue and hinatas camera breaks during the argument and hes Mad and Upset and storms off.
they dont talk for a week or so and hinata turns in all his photos (to yachi first, so she can comb through them and pick out the best ones. hinata doesnt go through them himself, hes too angry and refuses to do so.), the project is completed and published or whatever and hinata begrudgingly looks through it (after spending his time moping/being upset) and proceeds to run straight from his house to kageyamas apartment. meanwhile, kageyama has been doing the same exact thing the whole time and throws open his door right as hinata goes to knock.
they make eye contact for a solid 10+ seconds, before both speaking at the same time and word vomiting, essentially just saying "im sorry i messed up i miss you"
after talking it out kageyama proceeds to sit hinata on the couch before going off and shuffling through his room, coming back with a new camera (one of which hinata had been eyeing but he didnt wanna spend the money on it when he had a working one already.) hinata reacts to this in the same way one would react to being proposed to.
the project, which was just to capture candid-type shots while traveling, ended up being a sort of timelapse of hinata and kageyama's relationship developing.
The first photos are snapped by Sugawara right before they left on their trip. In the first few, Kageyama is trying to fit luggage into the back of a car, looking down at Hinata with a scowl on his face. Hinata and standing next to him, mid-gesture as he visibly shouts at Kageyama. They're arguing about who gets to drive first. In the next couple, Kageyama had asked "Are you even tall enough to drive?", prompting Hinata to lunge at him.
These photos happen to catch the moment Kageyama's eyes widen as he realizes that Hinata has launched himself at him, and as he lets go of the luggage to hold out his arms slightly as if to catch Hinata. The luggage all falls out of the car, on top of the two of them, who are wrestling on the pavement. Suga does nothing to stop this, and instead Daichi and Asahi pull the two apart.
After Daichi scolds the two, Sugawara pointed out that Hinata couldn't take pictures if he was driving. Hinata begrudgingly agrees to sit in the passenger seat.
The next photos are taken by Hinata. The first few are of the scenery flying by, and there is one of his reflection in the side view mirror. He's flashing a peace sign.
There are a handful of images of Kageyama's side profile as he drives. For the first of them, his face is relaxed and calm. Once he realizes Hinata is taking pictures of him, his face contorts into a scowl. It could've been the lighting, but his face seems to have a bit more color to it.
