Hello members!

As a part of our endeavors to change a few aspects of the group, we have gone ahead and made some adjustments to our rules. Please be sure you give them a proper read through and proceed to like this post after. We took your feedback into consideration so thank you to those who reached out. The main concern was in regards to starters. We hope these modifications will be to your satisfaction. Though, we will always urge all members to respond to all starters posted on our tag at least once. We also encourage everyone to post more open starters as that helps build more connections. Admins Lily and Lizzy extend a warm welcome to the latest additions to our admin team: admins Kira and Min. They have been an incredibly addition thus far and we trust their efficiency and dedication as both admins and members. We're very lucky to have them. Thank you all for making this group what it is. We are truly grateful to each and everyone of you for proving to be outstanding members of Hills. As always, we are here if you need anything!

We want to come out and clarify that the situation with the last admins did not involve any malicious actions. There was simply a misunderstanding regarding admin practices and due to failure to reach an agreement, they decided to step down. I want to add it did not involve anything that compromised the rules we have set forth. As for the situation with Star, we hold no ill feelings towards him. He was a wonderful admin while he was in Hills and we had decided to welcome him as a member after the fact. Nothing that was done by him was worthy of being banned. We would never welcome anyone back who acted in a malicious manner or caused conflict within the group. We also do like to point out we believe in second chances. Rest assured this admin team holds the member's interest in mind and we are also always looking for ways to improve. That is why we have made a previous admin note welcoming feedback. After all, we are all human. There's always room for change. I would also like to add this is the last message addressing this matter that we will answer. We would like to move forward and we urge our members or anyone to reach out to us if you have any questions.

We hope everyone is having a lovely day today. Us admins have been recently alerted to a previous member going around trying to recruit members to join into their group. While we have no issue with members being an apart of as many groups as they like, we do not condone using our group and blog roll for promoting purposes. Nobody wants to return to their blog and see they have multiple spam messages. If any groups would like a shoutout of sorts, there are plenty of blogs out there that specialize in that, but going around spamming our members is frankly extremely rude behavior and shows lack of consideration for an admin team who previously welcomed you in their group. Many of us admins have blogs of our own in which we have lists of open celebrity groups that can be pursued to be included into. We encourage those partaking in these endeavors to seek out the appropriate medium to do so. Those who cannot abide by our wishes will be permanently banned from the group.

no, i can confidently say that this group is not dying. you have to remember that we do currently have a fair few people on hiatus, for personal reasons, so naturally the dash may be a little slower than usual. not only that but a few of the admins are going through it currently with their own personal lives, or are on holiday, and so have had to step away for a little bit. hence why it may take a little longer for us to get to things on the main.

please do not get discouraged, this group has been open for a while now and we've got many dedicated members. like all groups, we're just having a quieter moment, but that definitely doesn't mean we're dying. the only way to keep the dash moving is to just keep doing your replies and engaging with each other on the dash. i can promise you the admins aren't going anywhere, we're all still here and the team will return to normal soon. thank you for your patience and if you ever have any concerns, you're more than welcome to dm us.

this is a gentle reminder to all our members that you should not be using gifs that have been created by someone who is not comfortable with hollywood/celeb rps using their resources. we kindly ask that you always double check gifmakers posts/blogs/rules to make sure you're following their guidelines. if you're struggling to find resources, you're more than welcome to mention it in our ooc blog as someone within the group might be able to help.
