Vasha was silent a moment before a grin took over, "I thought you'd never ask, Cass." Strong arms wrapped around Cassidy which was followed by a gentle kiss placed upon his cheek. "Before all of this, I'd have told you to wait...for us to wait. However, it's nice to finally be able to breathe without the weight of the world bearing down upon my shoulders." A quiet laugh left her lips. Her grey eyes gazed upon Cassidy's face which blurred as tears soon took over. "I cannot express how happy I am to finally be able to settle down with someone - with you, my heart."
