Switched up my workout routine for the next couple of weeks. Twice a week I do a 20-30min HIIT routine. (Ahhh. HIIT is My first love 💕💕) & 3 days a week of weight training. Today was a leg & core focus in the order of video. •20 Squats with 15lb Ball •30 Spider-Man Mountain Climbers •20 Back lunges •40 Russian twists Set the timer for 30mins and do as many rounds as possible.
