Delsin didn’t normally really celebrate the new years, he just sat inside and waited it to pass. But with Fetch he had decided to go out and have fun. His friends were having a party and they were invited, though they never got so far since the long house roof had been one of their favourite spots to hang out since Fetch moved in. It felt natural, to just sit on the roof, talk and drink. Tonight they had something else to look at than the stars.
Off in the distance someone was shooting rockets. And they got their own neon to play around with, tonight no one would question the weird lights coming from the roof. "This year has been… a really good and a really bad one.." He spoke and took a deep breath, turning his head to face Fetch as they laid on the blanket. "I’m glad I met you, potato.” Delsin grinned and corrected his position.
A new year’s kiss was something Delsin had done once before, it was supposed to bring good luck to the next year or.. something. Right now he just really wanted an excuse to stay silent and kiss the neon haired girl. While the people inside long house started counting from ten towards zero, Delsin turned to his side and lifted himself up to lean against his elbow.
"Five, four, three.."
”I bet this was your reason to hang out with me tonight”, he told smirking and leaned in closer, pressing his lips against Fetch’s as the year changed and the long house started loudly wishing a happy new year.
I'm so glad I asked to thread with you back when this was just Delsin. You're absolutely sweetie to talk to on skype and I just really love you <3
