ββββ "Avoid making any business with them .. long story short i gave a down payment, i signed all the paper work i also got gap insurance from them and the first red flag is Eric told me that i was going to pay $395 for Gap insurance but when i was signing the paper work it said 595,I spoke with another rep named Zach nd he told me he would verify that because maybe Eric was wrong, and 10m in later he texted me saying it was their mistake, and they would send me a new agreement( this is why it is very important to read every detail before you sign) so i signed the updated gap insurance agreement and then after they made an appointment to pick up my car i was suppose to pick it up at 6pm but they called me 4 hours before saying they had to cancel my pick up appointment because the car had water damaged i never even knew about they said they barley seen it so they had to cancel it to fix it , i called back i didn't get no follow up i never got a call back i let a day go by and i started to worry i left voice messages i left text messages where they were communicating with me..... can you believe they finally answered my call after 2 days, just because i called on my boyfriends phone, i was so upset, i felt so scammed with shift i was so mad when they finally answered my call i did not want to make business with someone so unprofessional luckily i got my money back and i canceled everything with them , shift la really sucks and the BBB is also proof you shouldn't make business with them"
