when I was in elementary school and Weird™️, a very common tactic my various bullies used was to medium-level constantly bug me (taunting, chasing, getting just barely into my personal space, continuous comments about the way I spoke, dressed, held my body, etc) for Hours on end until I snapped and screamed or bit someone or made a realistic sounding threat in an effort to make them stop, at which point they'd go tell a teacher and I would invariably be the only one to get in trouble. now, should I have bitten anyone? no. believe it or not, despite my vampireposting, I am against the general concept of elementary school children getting bitten by their classmates. however, the normal baseline amount of biting I did when not being actively goaded into acting out so someone who already hated me could manufacture something to report was zero (0). so. if I happen to see a post circulating saying "PSA: this dangerous user literally BITES people!!!!!!" I might internally think to myself in my own brain "seems not ideal, I might not personally want to interact with that user in order to avoid being bitten," and then externally block every single person involved with making and circulating the "PSA" post and not even fucking think about sharing it myself.
