Arturia found a strange sense of peace settling over her as her time in the facility wore on. She had yet to follow up on the strange tug linking her to the fabled "partner" the voice had spoken of, but the connection hadn't troubled her for quite some time. As long as such a pattern continued, she saw little reason to seek out the other end for the time being.
She did, however, find herself feeling a bit antsy from time to time. She was a knight first and foremost, after all. Unfortunately, she also didn't quite trust her situation enough to don full armor and swing her fabled sword around carelessly. She instead settled for wielding a thin pole she had found for short and simple sword drills. Footfalls sounded behind her not long after she began. Instinct took control, and she swung the object as she would her normal weapon. She quickly stopped short inches away from the young girl's throat, almost instantly pulling away with a flat look.
"Ah, my apologies. I hope I didn't startle you." Despite her words, her fingers flexed slightly as she lowered the pole to her side. Not the most preferable of first impressions, but she was prepared to handle any reaction the girl had to offer. Within reason, of course.
