                HE  HAS  LONG  BELIEVED  THAT  JOINING  with  any  supers  would  be  something  worth  looking  into ,  that  perhaps  they  had  just  enough  magic  and  sin  under  their  skin  to  meld  perfectly  with  the  beliefs  of  the  clergy .  but  when  did  anyone  listen  to  him ?  they  certainly  gave  NO  FUCKS  about  what  he  had  to  say  when  he  was  papa .  it  had  been  like  shouting  to   a  satan  damned  brick  wall  on  wheels  because  sister  never  gave  anything  he  said  a  bit  of  mind ,  a  bit  of  thought .  and  maybe  if  she'd  listened  to  him  instead  of  TAKING  HIS  FUCKING  HEAD  for  daring  to  have  an  independent  thought  ( unlike  any  of  the  pieces  of  shit  licking  her  boot )  she  wouldn't  have  missed  out  on  so  many  opportunities .  hell ,  she  could  have  taken  credit  for  some  of  the  shit .  truly ,  he  wouldn't  have  cared .  he  didn't  SUGGEST  THINGS  just  for  the  sake  of  getting  recognition .  no .  he  actually  gave  a  shit  about  the  direction  of  the  ministry  and  the  fact  that  she  was  running  it  into  the  FUCKING  GROUND .  not  that  it  mattered .  she'd  groomed  a  replacement ...  she  thought . 

it  still  hadn't  happened  in  her  time  and ,  for  that ,  he  could  LET  HIMSELF  BE  GRATEFUL .  it  didn't  change  the  sting  in  his  soul  when  his  brother  decided  it  would  be  a  good  idea  to  reach  out  to  supers  after  finding  a  fucking  note  on  the  corner  of  a  paper  that  bitch  imperator  had  left  behind .  proof  that  IT  WAS  A  FUCKING  GOOD  IDEA  and  she  just  didn't  want  him  to  have  the  fucking  satisfaction  of  being  right .  despite  the  fact  that  she  had  cornered  him  in  the  pulpit  and  berated  him  about  wanting  to  ally  with  the  wrong  crowd ,  that  they  DIDN'T  NEED  the  help  of  supers ,  that  they  wouldn't  have  any  interest  in  working  with  them ,  that  he  was  and  absolute  idiot  for  even  daring  to  think  otherwise .  and  yet ...  there  it  was .  staring  him  straight  in  the  face .  a  scribbled  note  ( look  into  these  supers  could  be  worthwhile  when  he's  gone ) .  of  course  she  hadn't  wanted  him  there  if  she  pursued  the  idea .  at  least  he  could  find  some  solace  in  the  fact  that  his  brother  had  elected  him  as  THE  EMISSARY  TO  THE  SUPERS.  a  working  title .
