If you have watched the recently released Teaser for Hexed, you'll probably have seen this character.
Now, we don't know anything about her yet, not her name, role, anything. So here are my theories:
-Her name is bird related or something "edgy", judging by the feathers on her outfit and feathers that fly around her. It's probably something like "Raven".
-She's either the main antagonist or a worker for the main antagonist.
-She's Billies long lost sister.
-She'll get defeated by the power of friendship and will be reformed, her past actions having no concequences.
-Her motivation is either: "I'm hired to go after Billie" or "I'm jealous of Billie bc she's super powerful and I SHOULD'VE BEEN THE CHOSEN ONE!!!!!!!" or is a"We don't accept YOUR kind here" type of villain.
-And lastly: She'll probably be more interesting of a character than Billie.
As you can tell, my expectations aren't high. But now to the fun part! The redesign of "Raven" (which is her name in my version of Hexed, even if the movie says it's smt different)
These are two pictures I used for inspo for my version of Raven. I wanted to go for something less witchy because I wanted to show a clear devide between the people of Hexe (the magic realm) and their enemies.

Would this be something Disney would use? Probably not.
Here's Raven's role in my rewrite:
She is Billie's long lost sister. Alice (their mom) and their Dad had to flee Hexe bc the main antagonist was after their children. But misfortune struck when the Dad died in battle protecting their eldest daughter (who is Raven). Alice had not enough time to get Raven, and so, as hard as it was, had to leave her behind.
Raven was then adopted and raised by the antagonist Morrigan, King of Ravens. She wasn't raised as his daughter but more like a assistant/assasin type, always doing tasks he gives her. He also pulls a Frollo and tells her lies about "her cold hearted mother who abandoned her for a mortal life" (and dosen't mention anything about her having a sister)
Raven helps Morrigan for one simple reason: He promised her that, if she helped him gain full domination over the magic realm, he'd make the people love her. Love was something Raven never had growing up, so it's naturally something she craves. "Who could love a girl who her own mother couldn't love?" is smt that Morrigan constantly reminds her of.
This btw, is Morrigan.
