My mom felt it and she told me about how one of her old friends had one that grew in the same spot as mine because she wore cheap earrings. My ears get infected if I wear anything but sterling silver earrings. My left ear used to get infected a lot and that's the ear the lump is near. We're going to get it checked out this week and if it is a cyst they'll probably cut it out. Otherwise they'll do whatever for whatever they think it is, I suppose.
