The serum thing is a great idea! Nico though would definitely be the first to be immune to it, so she finds out about her powers before the others, like around 10 or so? I also think Eli, Maki, Kotori and Umi will be told about their powers by the time they start high school, especially since their parents are the most powerful of the organization. I don't have any ideas for how Honoka, RIn, Hanayo and Nozomi find out their powers...
I completely agree about Nico, I think she would find out about her powers pretty early on because of of her regeneration power. Obviously she wouldn’t say anything about it because she’d think it was abnormal/she was the only one.Â
Honoka is fairly simple, I think. She would probably find out her powers when she accidentally used them while in danger or while one of her friends is in danger - ooh, for instance if Kotori is crossing the road while not concentrating and Honoka spots a car heading for her, her power would probably be triggered. The same thing could apply to Rin, since super speed would be used in a moment of desperation.Â
Not sure about Hanayo but Nozomi’s power is turned on all of the time (at least in the beginning when she doesn’t know how to block it out). I suppose it could start out weak, like her feeling someone else’s emotions if they’re strong enough and then it could gradually get stronger over time.Â
Headcanon: The Nishikino's, Minami's, Ayase's and Sonoda's are the head of an secret "the company" type of organization, with the other families involved. Nico's mother is an agent their, but her husband was one with the ability who passed it down to Nico and her siblings. Umi's mother was responsible for keeping the girls from finding out about their powers she has Memory manipulation. Nozomi was adopted and both her 'parents' are agents with no ability. I hope this time you get the message!!

I like it! I can definitely see their parents keeping that from them. Maybe along with memory manipulation there could be some kind of serum that kept their powers dormant until a certain age, or until they became immune to the serum? I think that makes sense. But yeah, I love the addition of agents into this.Â

As for my own headcanons, let’s see…Okay, I’ll start with what I just wrote about…Eli can’t handle cold water. Like at all. Her power is linked closely to fire so she just can’t deal with cold water. When she showers, the water has to be scolding hot. She can’t drink cold water either. She can eat fire as a kind of power-up too! Not that she needs it since she has plenty of power anyway. Hmm, what else…? Oh yeah, obviously Nozomi finds out about Eli’s power when she accidentally dumps her into cold water. I won’t say too much about that since I’m about to post a fic about it.Â
Rin’s power makes her really hungry because she has a fast metabolism. So she has to eat a lot or she’ll lose too much weight.Â
Obviously I have the headcanon that future Honoka would watch everyone die. Everyone besides Nico anyway. I think Umi and Kotori would be killed first (Umi is about to be hit but invisible!Kotori appears in front of her), in front of Honoka who can’t really do anything to stop what’s happening because she’s…overused her power? Yes, let’s go with that. Anyway so I think she would be weakened and Eli would try to defend her against whoever is attacking them. But she would end up dying too and Honoka would just be devestated (she would totally burst into tears when she goes back to the past and sees Eli again). So yeah, Eli would die and Nozomi would lose her shit basically. She has a passive power but she would definitely try to take revenge upon the guy who killed Eli.Â
I think besides Honoka, Nico and Maki would be the last two standing. Honoka would be weakened but I can imagine Nico standing in front of Maki, taking hit after hit as she tries to protect her. Eventually Maki would be killed which would leave Nico and Honoka. While distracting the enemy, I think Nico would probably plead with Honoka to fix things. And Honoka would force herself to use her power despite how much it hurts.Â
