use Selsun anti dandruff shampoo the one in the brown bottle. and use really good conditioners with it cause its drying. or just use head and shoulders it won't work as well but it'll make a difference.

just of the dyed colour it won't bleach your hair.

theres shampoos that strip your hair of colour. they might be expensive, and they aren't very healthy for your hair but it'll help really well.
