CHILD DEATH. THIS IS REALLY BAD
I love c00lkidd so very much because I can only imagine what having your memory constantly erased would do to you. This is probably an awful comparison, but it reminds me of the MK Ultra experiments. And even though we don't know what happened to a majority of them, we do know one guy decided he would rather jump out a window. But also that guy was a full-grown adult. Imagine the results of brainwashing on a little kid! Considering he's got Pyro vision and consistent memory loss, I can't imagine it's great for him. So here's my headcanon. On very rare occasions, the spectre will slip up, and C00lkidd will see the horrors that he makes. Obviously, the round ends immediately, and C00lkidd doesn't show up for a few rounds while the spectre makes...adjustments. One time, one of the killers (in my head, it's 1x, but anyone works) tells him what the spectre is doing. And the next time he's in a round, he let's the sentinels kill him. If they wont, then he slams his head into a wall or makes his minions do jt. Because he thinks it'll end this whole thing. Because after hearing all of that, who wouldn't be desperate to be free?
It doesn't work. And the spectre let's him feel every second of that pain the next time he fixes him.
BTW, this is the same guy who sent the paragraph about 1x disemboweling people. Can I go down under "here" anon? Cause I always say here's my headcanon after yapping.
Oh no. oh no nono HE'S JUST A KID... SPECTRE WHEN I CATCH YOU. Though I also feel the more he remembered, the more often/easier it was for him to realize. Which in turn resulted in the Spectre 'fixing' him more, only for it to repeat again next time
