At least the Cougar has some good music, of his own creation, to his name. Puffy Daddy only bastardizes other people's music, or rides better artists' coattails.
As for your shirt, NC, I must admit I'm curious. Is it only purple, with the word "Revolt" across the front? Do you have a picture of it? Can you describe it? Knowing you, I can imagine the reasoning behind it, but I wouldn't mind hearing it from you. It is funny, though, that now it may be relegated to the scrap heap, or at least open to misconception, all because of that idiot.

Good call on the payphones. I never really made that connection when I heard the song, but it's absolutely the truth. I can't even picture where any are, at least outside some seedier parts of towns or outside the US. Even most of those, at least the ones OCONUS, require phone cards and don't take coins any longer.
There's a lot of songs (and books, and movies) which are considered timeless, but I can't think of another of those released recently which is more dated, even from the moment of its release, than that song. Do any come to mind for any of you?
