Powers are rarer than that:
Genies have a lot of magical prowess, however, their powers only go into physical things, they can’t go into anything metaphysical such as the soul or time or anything of the sort. Genies are meant to create physical things like treasures and be able to shapeshift, they are taught how to do so in genie school. This means that Genies cannot bring people back from the dead, nor can they prevent tragedies that are out of anyone’s control with magic, leaving them only slightly less helpless in heavy situations, but there is an advantage to be able to create physical objects. Genies also have a limited energy supply so they can’t just keep creating over and over and over again without rest.
Hellspawn have a wide variety of powers so it’s hard to put them in a box, but they aren’t much more powerful than genies, however their powers tend to have a combative tone to them rather than the creation of riches. But there is a family line of Hellspawn nicknamed “Wish granters,” who do have the power to well...“grant wishes.” They were known for using their powers for business practices and making deals. The line has since died off, or so it seems.
Stars or “Star-Heads,” definitely have powers which mostly revolve around heat and fire. It is unknown whether or not they have any other magical prowess as Cosma is the first star to come down since Pallidi the Ghoul Flower’s youth nearly a thousand years ago. She has not demonstrated any other powers for that matter and neither has Hilda.
Flowers, have no powers for the most part, they have a lot of physical power and sometimes can even take out the most magical of beings through sheer force. There is one special thing they can do though, but it’s rare and prized. Some flowers can overgrow, it’s not so much a power as it is a talent though.
Humans, animals and object heads do not have powers… however…  There are exceptions to this rule: people who have found a way to obtain power of some sort. People like Ellie Kettle and Hendron Roll.
Meaning: yes, they also do have supers
Side note: No two people have the same super, even if they drink the same potion from the same enchanted cup. (This excludes twins who almost always have the same super.)
