@platypioctopi I think it does make the fight with Hemocyte easier bc as long as these fire rings stay in the range of it’s heads they immediately deal damage over time to it when it becomes vulnerable. (i use 2 and then 3 few times to make 2-3 fire rings) I honestly did only 1 run without using this tactic so i don’t really have much comparision tho, but it was going pretty fast, idk, just try it i guess

Mollusks are an essential part of our country's freshwater environment. The edible viviparous gastropod Bellamya bengalensis is a traditional human, poultry, and fish food item. Ecology, ethnomedicine, and the economy all place a premium on it. The indiscriminate and unchecked use of the synthetic pyrethroid pesticide fenvalerate by Indian farmers has placed the natural habitat of B. bengalensis in jeopardy. Hemocytes are required for the elicitation of immunological responses in mollusks, including the development of cytotoxic agents such as superoxide anion and nitric oxide in response to environmental xenobiotics and pathogens. The aim of this study is to evaluate the cytotoxic response to superoxide anion and nitric oxide generation in hemocytes of juvenile B. bengalensis specimens in order to look for any immune changes in the edible species. The results of this study would contribute to a valuable database of fenvalerate immunotoxicity in juvenile B. bengalensis specimens, which can be used to develop a long-term strategy for aquatic mollusc survival and culture in their natural habitat for human consumption.
