Is anyone doing Christmas baking this year? I think this year I will do some baking and make an effort to bring sweetness into my life. Sweetness is an important ingredient for this time of year. Emotions can be over the top during the Christmas holiday season. We can put too much on ourselves and expectations can be too high. We need to take an extra effort to be sweet and kind this month. So when we eat a piece of homemade fudge, cookies and candy lets all remember to be sweet. It is through a sweet and kind heart that miracles take place. And we all either need a miracle or know someone who needs one. My prayer is that miracles abound this Christmas and that we are all blessed. Let's allow positive energy, kindness and sweetness to welcome miracles in many lives. Anger and negative energy only promote a lower vibration of attraction. Don't dial into that frequency and you will be happier. There is someone who is deciding to make a positive change in their life.
