So I have been looking at places to stay for AWA. While we’ve been talking about hostels for Anime USA, they don’t look to be an option for AWA as there simply weren’t any. Now, I did find some fairly cheap hotels but the down side is that it will be a two queen bed style room. (I couldn’t find anything like a room with 4 beds.)  Now, if people are okay with this, the benefits are that it is easier to get extra people in a hotel room since some people were asking about staying one night. It will also not be communal like a hostel so there would be no problems on that front as long as we’re not obnoxious assholes and get staff called on us. The obvious downside is bed sharing/sleeping on the floor. (I will be bringing a sleeping mat for myself). Also some of the more affordable hotels are about 25 minutes from the con by car.

Now I wanted to ask people if they were okay with this and what specifically they are comfortable with. Now there are some price variations but I’m seeing around 100-120 dollars per night at a few places So even if it were only four people, it would still be 100-120 dollars for the entire weekend which is pretty ridiculous for Atlanta.
