Blue-bearded Helmetcrest (Oxypogon cyanolaemus), male, family Trochilidae, order Apodiformes, endemic to the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta of northern Colombia.
CRITICALLY ENDANGERED.
The last known records of the bird were from 1946, and subsequent surveys could not find it... until 2015 when it was rediscovered.
