I think one of the reasons Blitzø was so upset with Stolas dancing with someone else is because, yes, someone's going to be sad when they guy they're in love with is kissing someone else, but also because he's used to being the one dumping people and making people feel jealous and making people feel like shit. He's not used to being the one heartbroken. So when Stolas leaves, of COURSE Blitzø is going to react like that.
I also think it's part of what Blitzø was so scared of; he leaves people so he doesn't get hurt, but now someone left him, and he's hurt. His worse fear just became a reality.
