Put my @anovaculinary sous vide to use today for my take on Gordon Ramsey's/ Hell's Kitchen crispy skin duck breast! I tweaked it to be #lowcarb, so I eliminated the Cherry Demi glaze and went with a red wine/five spice Demi and I paired it with a garlic and white wine riced cauliflower instead of fondont potato. The creamed leeks stayed pretty much the same and their fricken delicious, as is the entire dish!
