not gonna lie I'm really salty about everyone's hatred of HDM when Harry Potter came out in the same year and got fanworks and love and nostalgia out of the ass. Did everyone forget that the fandom was ruined by extremist christian organizations, who blocked the sequels from happening? How much more radical can you get? This series is 25 years old and Pullman is much less of a transphobic [redacted] than jkr. Cut him some slack please.

I sincerely, from the bottom of my heart, hope that HDM gets a beautiful fandom renaissance and has all the fanworks and love your heart can desire while Harry Potter fans en masse serve JKR with a cease and desist order.

I want you to know that I read this and I reread this and I saved it and I reread it the next day, and so for many couples of days. I’m so so happy about this.
