It’s my beautiful sunflowers birthday!! November 23rd. The best day ever because it was the day my favorite person was born!

I wish I could hug you. I wish I could eat cake with you. I wish I could hand you your present in person. But as always, distance is keeping us apart once again and I’m doing all of this in spirit.

I am forever thankful for the joy that this friendship has brought me. You being in my life has been life-changing in the best way possible. You are the best thing to happen to me. I go to you first for everything. My happy news, my bad news, my rants, my silliness. You are the first to hear it all. You’re there for me when I’m at my best and even when I’m at my lowest. You never ever judge me. You’re my soulmate. 

And I promise you I’ll be here for you for all of those times as well. I will always be here for you. Today, tomorrow, and even fifty years from now.

I will never forget the times we’ve already shared together these last two years. Like watching RTTE and crying together (still the best thing ever tbh), joking about bread and our crazy typos, our book club that we will finish at some point (haha), facetiming and talking for so long that we don’t realize that hours have gone by.

I look forward to the memories we make in the years to come. 

You’re amazing, beautiful, strong, funny, kind, smart, and the best sunflower a musk ox like me could ever ask for. You deserve nothing but the best birthday. I hope its filled with dragons, coffee, the best food, corgis, and maybe even an undisturbed nap. 

I can’t wait until our very soon because I’m going to squeeze you so tight.

Technically, it’s more like a random rewatch of a handful of episodes in the last few days (like 2) as I’ve seen the entire show a few times, but I mean... my rewatch of 30 Rock started as a rewatch of a couple of episodes and then spiraled to me wanting to rewatch all the episodes. So, yeah. (I could see me rewatching Parks and Rec all the way through at a later date, though.)
