When you see someone down give them a helping hand, inspire them and offer an hear because sometimes some people want to be heard out, share ideas and collaborate you might just make a new friend you never know, be a mentor not a follower, feel proud about yourself when you achieve anything even those small things like wiping your butt like hey you did it that's amazing go you!
