My new years resolution is to comment on every chapter of every fic I read. I know that sounds intense but every time I comment on a steddie fic the authors are so so lovely, and you can tell we don't get comments that often, so they're usually just so grateful someone is telling them their hard work paid off.

Fandom is about community and I've seen so many people rightfully complaining about the community without talking about how they might go about trying to fix it. I'm not saying I'm gonna fix the lack of engagement in the steddie Fandom, I'm not that important, but I have quoted the phrase "be the change you wish to see" so many times this past few months and I should start living by my word. I myself know how happy I get when a comment comes my way, and of youve ever read any of my authors notes u know I want to spread joy and happiness. This is just one way I'm deciding to do it.

Bobby wondered what the king of Hell wanted with him, but then again, he shouldn't have wondered, it was Crowley, after all.  And he was a ghost that could not be banished, he'd tried.  At least five times he'd been banished, and five times he'd come back, and now he stood in a summoning circle facing the King of Hell himself, wondering what he had in store for him.

     There's a scratch of thin wood against grit, the spark of flame as the match takes light. Dean hesitates, holding the source of light in hand a moment, watching the way the fire dances against the shadows before he tosses it down without so much as another glance, another backward thought about the consequences of his actions here tonight. A flash causes no flinch within him as he waits for his summoning spell to bring forth one of the only beings that can fix this mess, a mess that he's created---
