In the coven reading, there was talk of weaving fate, possibly in regards to actual weaving or knot magic. One day before I read the reading I went out to get crochet supplies to try my hand at it.

Love magic was stated as a one of the types of magic I could be good at in the witchsona reading. Know what I was looking at literal hours before? Self-love bath salts.

It’s that time of year again, and this year I would like to participate. If you don’t know what a ‘witchy wishlist’ is I would recommend checking @hellboundwitch ‘s rule post as its tells you everything you need to know.

Basically, all you have to do is make a wishlist and post it to the tag! After that, search the tag for other wishes you might be able to grant. Witchy Wishlists is not an exchange – you’re not required to give anything in order to receive and there are no assigned partners. All you have to do is show up (and follow the rules)!

Here’s my Witchy Wishlist

1. Marigold Tarot - I adore this tarot deck and if someone has a set they’re not using I will happily adopt it!

2. Summer solstice / Midsummer recipes - I’m hosting a big picnic / pool party on the solstice and I would love to hear some great recipes!

3. A playlist based on my blog - I adore listening to new music so I would love to hear what you think suits me

4. Do something to help the planet/reduce your carbon emissions. Australia is currently on fire and it doesn’t look like it’s going to stop. Any little thing you do, will help.

5. Do something kind for someone you don’t know.

6. Give back to your community. This can be by volunteering at a community garden, homeless shelter, animal shelter or many other things.

7. Something with soul from where you live: like pictures of mountains /forests / cliffs / ocean /art /graffiti; or a story about your local cryptid, a book about local stories, or a nice local jam / honey maybe...

8. Something handmade or thrifted you think I would like

9. Tell me about the little magic you learnt as a child

10. Share your favourite spell

I haven't tried this yet but I sent gifts out last year and plan on to this year to the extent I'm able to. So if anyone wants here's mine!

As someone who also kind of wandered away from tumblr and then came back, I generally have no idea what’s going on or who’s who and I’m happier for it tbh. It’s easier to just do my own thing that way :’)))

I am aggressively feeling this right now. I mean, I always live in a state of vague perpetual confusion akin to being an absent-minded and flighty professor, so I’m enjoying wandering around on tumblr, thinking “huh, that’s new”.

- A Tarot Deck! I’d love to start learning how to read tarot, and I really like The Wildwood Tarot and the Kawaii Tarot.

- Rune Stones! I’ve worked with these before, and would love to get a set of my own! I really like quartz, rose quartz, and bloodstone sets especially.

- A Past Life Reading! If any of you know how to do these and are willing, I think they’re really neat.
