I would say Episode 7, Dark Cousin, is probably the most triggery. Episode 2, Tricks and Treats is pretty dark as well.

I'm mainly worried about torture scenes that get really detailed, that weird, disjointed walk thing that ghosts do in a lot of movies (idk if that made sense sorry), and rape/dub-con. And cannibalism/wearing people's skin (which I don't *think* there is anything but I just want to be sure bc the gifsets I've seen are really fucking creepy).
