I'll start:

Relooted is a good one. Shout out Nyamakop for making this game, I think it it's an excellent way to start conversations around Repatriation among folks outside of my circle. Also !!! THE ART, MAN, THE ARTTTTTT

There's also Sword Of Symphony, though it's still in development (it's literally just one guy doing everything)

I like the way that game is literally just. Playing w music notations. It feels like a music conservatory theory exam final boss. Like great, you passed everything. Okay now play Sword Of Symphony. XD

We can't forget South Of Midnight, of course. Absolutely love that game for its world building (once again, the ARTTTTTT), the storytelling, the CHARACTER & COSTUME DESIGN OUGHHHHHHH

Aaaaaand off the top of my head (for now), Hell Clock !!

I'm not well versed in Brazilian history, and the only reason I discovered this game is bc I like roguelikes. And boom, this game throws historical events at you and throws some fantasy in there as well, with a side of black Brazilian hoodoo and EYE, for one, am a fan. If you liked Hades & its sequel you would like this too. Heck, if you liked Sinners and you dabble in games here n there you would like this too.

The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series versions of roguelike action RPG Hell Clock will launch on July 14 alongside the game’s first major expansion, “Cursed War,” publisher Mad Mushroom and developer Rogue Snail announced.

Hell Clock first launched for PC via Steam on June 18, 2025.

About the Base Game

Hell Clock is a combination of action RPG depth and roguelike speed, and a dark retelling of Brazil’s late 19th century War of Canudos. Play as Pajeu and descend into Purgatory and Hell, equipping Blessed Gear, Unique Relics, and powerful Skills in a fight against the demons of Brazil’s past, present, and future. The magical Hell Clock ticks, restricting how much time Pajeu can spend in the depths and reviving him each time he falls.

About the Expansion “Cursed War”

The “Cursed War” expansion explores another chapter in Brazilian history: the Paraguayan War, a conflict between Paraguay and the Triple Alliance of Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay fought from 1864 to 1870. Relive Pajeu’s fateful past as a soldier, before the events of the base game and his return to Canudos.

New Story Act – Pajeu’s campaign in Paraguay adds an all-new Act to the Hell Clock campaign.

New Maps and Biomes to Explore – Fight through over 10 new environments, including Swamp, Blood River, and Campo Grande biomes.

More Powerful Builds – A slew of new Skills to create devastating builds around, and dozens of new Relics to optimize them.

Mettle-Testing Boss Fights – New areas include new bosses to take down, some of the most difficult yet faced in Hell Clock.
