I could NOT be trusted in Helheim and I could NOT be trusted in any-and I mean any- of the halls of Asgard
I already go places I fucking shouldn't on earth, my ass would be wandering around, getting lost, going "ooo what's that?" "Oh what's in there?"
Funniest thing I came away with from writing Helgrind is that I have started to include Hel (the goddess) in my practice 😅 I mean the chance of me dying in battle is low, so following that logic I'm going to Helheim anyway. Why not befriend Helheim's queen then? You might think she's scary but that's not the case. She might seem intimidating at first, but the vibes I'm getting from her is that she's actually quite chill and even kind, but that's just my personal experience.
Narfi: Hel, i have a question. Hel: Yes, beloved brother of mine. Narfi: Why do you call Dyggvi “babygirl.”
Dyggvi: I have asked her to stop doing that. Hel: He has not. Narfi: But he’s… a grown man? Hel: He is a dead one and he is mine. That is different.
Dyggvi: I was a respected king once upon a time! Hel: You cried like a little girl when you dropped your crown in the river, back with the living once. Dyggvi: That was once! Hel: You said, and I quote, “I have lost everything.”
Narfi: That doesn’t sound very babygirl of you Dyggvi. Hel: Did you know he also pouts? Dyggvi: I do not pout! Hel: Babygirl, you are pouting right now.

Once again, for the people at the back
Please, while thinking about Norse mythology, forget about Christian representations and values.
Valhall is NOT heaven. It's not some idealistic, peaceful world where you can rest and enjoy your afterlife.
It is a bootcamp to prepare the best warriors (sometimes VERY ruthless people) for Ragnarok. (YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR KIDS TO GO THERE, OR WOULD YOU WANT ODIN TO RECRUIT YOUR LITTLE ONES FOR HIS ARMY? COME ON.)
Helheim is NOT Hell. Yes, it's a bit grey and damp, but hey, so is the weather in Belgium and IT IS FINE XD
Nastrond is the CLOSEST thing Norse pagans got to "Hell", as it's where the worst of the worst go.
HELHEIM (slight fuga 3 spoilers)
first piece of shit post some of y'all that might have seen
won't be the last tho, nope, not the last
