The base had been in a flutter all day, after all, it was rare the General entertained royalty. The Queen Mother of Hapes had come to answer the General’s call for help, she had spent most of the day in meetings with Leia. With the support of Hapes military and wealth, the Resistance would be stronger than it had been in a very long time. Military and wealth, Tenel Ka was more than happy to provide. The meetings concluded Leia had asked her for one more favor, to speak with Rey. The Queen Mother after all, was not simply a ruler after all ... she was one of the few students of Luke Skywalker’s that had survived the destruction of his temple. 

One of the few that had managed to continue her training after that, with her mother, a witch of Dathomir.
