⭐️ (for Morgan and Billy)
For each “⭐️” I get, I’ll write a headcanon about our muses.
Morgan loves his brothers, but there's been a strange shift in how he interacts with them. At first, he vehemently disagreed with Apocalypse's thoughts on Darwinism, survival of the fittest, in mutant superiority above all else.
He was raised to be a good person, much like Evan, and shared similar ideals in just wanting the fighting to stop. But as the brothers grew older and Evan cemented himself as a hero, and Billy as the true heir to their father.....Morgan was left behind.
He didn't matter, had no place to belong to unlike his siblings. No mutant cared about him, even their father treated him like a pest more than as a child. The love of his brothers seemed to be redirected.....other priorities mattered over Morgan.
Morgan had always had darkness in him, from the moment he was born. But it was how he was seemingly rejected that caused him to start to spiral.
Rage started consuming him, and he began to reject parts of his own identity as a mutant. Finding Thane only fueled his burning rage.....
Morgan is Billy's little brother. He loves Billy dearly, and would do anything for him. But their relationship will be severed if Morgan's madness causes him to do the thing he had been born to do from the very beginning......become the true Apocalypse.
