āSeeing as Iāve only been here for a day, I suppose the latter is what applies to me. Being completely honest, a lotĀ of people have caught my eye, partially because I know them from my past, and partially because theyāre just... vibrant. They just shine. Um, Iād say the last bit applies mostly to Ingrid. The former is Kyu, Travis, and Krysta. Kyu I, uh, met once before, and we had a pretty strong connection, albeit fleeting. TravisĀ is my best friend, but sometimes I donāt know how to navigate our relationship, and it feels more like romance than it does platonic. KrystalĀ Iām pretty sure I was all but in loveĀ with when I was a teenager, which... yeah. There are definitely residual feelings there.ā
are your parents watching the show? what do you think theyāre saying about you?
āThereās no way my dad is watching this, and if he were, I would probably just get a disapproving head shake rather than actual words. Itās difficult for me to describe my relationship with him, and honestly I wouldnāt even wantĀ to, but just know that he doesnāt really approve of anything I do unless itās school or work.ā
if the coupling ceremony was right now, who would you choose? is there anything about that person that would change your mind?

āI would stick it out. Iāve hardly been here for very long, and Iām still single as we speak, so... yeah. I donāt really believe in giving up on things before you offer them a fair chance, and this is no different. Itās unrealistic to believe youāre going to be coupled with your soulmate right away, but itās entirely possible your soulmate will still be here even if you donāt.ā
if you HAD to send two people home, who would you send packing?
Oh. This question is one heād been dreading, and one that he canāt quite answer right away for that reason. Reaching up, he runs a hand through his hair, and then scratches his nose, a nervous tick thatās more absentminded than anything.Ā āRome, for sure --- heās probably one of the worst people Iāve met, not just here, but in general. We already knew each other from our parents working together in the past, and he just gets under my skin. As for the second person, I canāt really say.
