hi I was thinking this before but now that the gatekeeping weirdos have come back for more I wanna give you my take on the character. I think Beej would be FASCINATED with you actually, because if your self insert for that fandom shares any traits with your other Janes she would be unlike anyone he has ever met, so completely different from the satin and sauce of the easy loving he's used to that you would command his attention, force him to listen to the subtleties of your careful soft spoken words. He knows that if he dare blinks he's gonna miss something important, and he wouldn't dare do that. Not with you.

This is actually...SO so fucking sweet?? Thank you for taking the time to send me this π tbh, my other Janes tend to be PARTS of me exaggerated to varying degrees! Worrywart is my anxiety all bottled up and shaken like a can of Dr Pepper (sorry girl), Jane Doe is my detachment from others due to how I experience the world being autistic, and so on.
But Beetlejuice gets ME, actual me in everything I am because he's always been the easiest to imagine being there and getting to experience every part of me! My anxieties, my special interests, my good days and bad days. It was like he was THERE, yanno? Sitting on the couch with me playing video games or watching cartoons, maybe even watching me draw self ship art for other fandoms π
I don't have a point here, I'm kinda rambling at this point, but another thing is that I absolutely LOVE the idea of me talking about sharks or animation or some other spinterest and Beej sitting there like
