"Mommy, I really miss going out with you. I miss shopping, and also eating in our favorite place. Remember, they have so much toys there? And remember, I had a new friend there, too?" Another one of the things that I really miss in these unusual times are my dates with my little girl. Most of her "going out" memories are at @cafemarygrace, since that's where we always end up in, no matter the occasion. She would always ask to go to the play area while waiting for her food. It was also practice for her in packing up, because she knows she can't eat until she does. After her meal, while waiting for our bill, she'd ask for coins and go straight to the fountain and make her wishes there. Had I known we would be experiencing this, I would've joined her and wished that everything stayed the same. So happy that they're open for take out and deliveries even during ecq. And happier still that I can recreate our happy memories at home. Just take a look at that mouth watering Chocolate Truffle Cake! And of course, hinde pwede mawala ang Lemon Bars and their signature Cheese Rolls.
