Rules: Once youâve been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 92 truths about you. At the end choose 25 people to be tagged.
What was your:
Last drink:Â Water
Last phone call:Â Ronald âGrand Slamâ Mak
â¨Last text message: My mom
Last movie you watched:Â MAD MAX: Fury Road :DÂ
Last time you cried: Gosh... I think the last time I cried was when I went abroad in the fall. I think it was a culmination of a lot of different feelings, including homesickness for one thing.
Have you ever:â¨
Dated someone twice:Â Nope. Â Â Â Â Â
Been cheated on: Nuh-uh.
Kissed someone and regretted it:Â Mhmm.
Lost someone special:Â Yeah.
Been depressed: Well, have I got a story for you...
Been drunk and thrown up: Rather embarrassingly... yes.
In the past year have you:
Made a new friend:Â Yep. Quite a few I think.
Fallen out of love:Â I donât think Iâve ever been in love (in a romantic way) before, so I canât say that Iâve ever fallen out of it, yâknow?
Laughed until you cried: Haha, yeah. Itâs an infrequent, embarrassing, and altogether wonderful experience.
Met someone who changed you: This may sound cheesy or even trite, but I think most people I meet change me in some way - some more than others, of course. I wrote a paper my sophomore year for a world religions class about the buddhist conception of the self, which basically teaches that there is no self, at least as most understand it. Rather, a person is just the intersection of many other people and experiences, like a section of a tapestry. Anyway, nearly everyone in my life - from my brother to the stranger I talked to on the metro today - has taught me something and shaped me into who I am.
Found out who your true friends are:Â Um... I donât know? I rarely get into drama with my friends, so Iâm not sure how to apply this.
â¨Found out someone was talking about you: I donât think so. Again, most social drama and whatnot goes over my head.
Kissed anyone on your FB list: Yeah? Yes? I mean, I know most of the people Iâve kissed so... yes.
General:
How many people on your FB friends do you know IRL:Â A large majority. Idk the exact number.
Do you have any pets: Two beagles and a cactus. Guess which one is best at playing fetch?
Do you want to change your name:Â Not really. I like my name for the most part. Although, when I was 5 or 6, I fancied the idea of changing my name to Jason for some odd reason. Who knows...
What did you do for your last birthday party: Went to Hangar 24, got Iced about a dozen times, played frisbee golf, and had dinner with my family. All in all, not a bad birthday.
What time did you wake up today:Â 6:45 a.m.
What were you doing at midnight last night: Walking home from a pub after getting a drink with some friends.
Name something you CANNOT wait for: Being reunited with Jessica Mayuga after TOO DAMN LONG.
â¨Last time you saw your mother: Exactly two weeks ago.
What is one thing you wish you could change about your life: Iâd either like to have clearer vision and conviction about what I want in life (e.g. my impending career) or to be able to let loose and be comfortable around people more easily.
What are you listening to rn:Â âShadow on the Sunâ by Audioslave. I havenât listened to these guys in a long time.
Have you ever talked to a person named Tom:Â I have! Several, in fact. I even lived with such a person once (shocking, I know).
Whatâs getting on your nerves rn: One of my supervisors at my internship, tbh
Blood type:Â Shit. Thatâs a thing I should probably know. I have no idea, haha.
Nickname(s):Â Ty, TG, Ty-Ty, T. Griff, Lilâ Bro, Lilâ Griff, Young Griff, Wrecking Ball
Relationship Status: Single bells, single bells, single all the waaaaaayyy... *wonders why still single*
Zodiac sign:Â Gemini... woo...
Pronouns: he/him/His Grooviness
Favourite TV show:Â Parks & Rec
High school:Â J.W. North
College: University of Redlands
Hair colour: Blonde
Long or short:Â As in hair? Short.
Height: 6â˛1âł ...ishÂ
Do you have a crush on someone: Wha- ? Who? Me? Well, I - uh... yeah, haha.
What do you like about yourself:Â I like the color of my eyes. And I like my sense of humor. Thatâs a good thing to have. I also like the way I think about the world and the people in it. Maybe that sounds conceited. Sometimes I donât really like the way I think, but itâs always interesting at the very least. Oh, and my taste in music. Canât forget that.
Tattoos: Not yet. But Iâve promised myself that if Iâm 60 or so, havenât got any tattoos, and have cash to spare, Iâll just say âscrew itâ and get something done.
Righty or lefty:Â Hella lefty.
First surgery: I had some baby teeth pulled out when I was in elementary school. Other than that... wisdom teeth.
First piercing:Â None to speak of.
First best friend:Â Zack Peters
First sport you joined:Â Youth Soccer (a.k.a. âCluster Ballâ)
â¨First vacation: Ever? Um... my grandparentâs house in Nor Cal probably? The first one I remember was Yosemite when I was around 4 or 5 years old.
First pair of trainers(sneakers):Â How am i supposed to remember that? Geez... well, I mostly wore skate shoes when I was a kid. Yâknow, Element, DC Shoes, Emerica, that sorta stuff. I had this really cool pair in third grade that had black and yellow stripes. I looked like I had my feet stuffed into a pair of enormous bumble-bees.
â¨RN:â¨
Eating:Â I made a dope veggie burger with some steamed greens on the side earlier.
Drinking: Still water.
Iâm about to:Â Get caught up on the Walking Dead.
Listening to:Â âSkeletonsâ by Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Waiting for:Â This post to end! Jk, jk. But for real, this is getting pretty long.
Want kids: I imagine itâs a ton of responsibility and headaches, but the idea is slowly growing on me. I think being a parent could be kinda rad.Â
Get married:Â No thanks. Maybe in a decade or so.
Career: *awkward laughter* *runs away* *cowers under blanket* But in all cerealness, what Iâm learning more and more is that I have an interest in (a) working with people, (b) caring for the environment, and (c) not being stuck at a desk all day. Up till now Iâve mostly just thought about environmental work like consulting or working for an NGO, but now I think the helping-people factor might outweigh my interest in environmental issues. Of course, helping the environment is helping people, but itâs not as direct or hands-on as say, counseling or something. Idk what Iâm saying .-.
Which is betterâ¨:
Lips or eyes: Eyes
Hugs or kisses:Â Hugs. Theyâre more widely applicable. Also: Theyâre HUGS.
Shorter or taller:Â Shorter
Older or younger:Â Older
â¨Romantic or spontaneous: Agh... thatâs a tough choice. Romantic, I guess.
Nose, stomach or nice arms: Thatâs a thing? Hm... nose I guess?
Sensitive or loud:Â Sensitive.
Hook up or relationship:Â Relationship.
Troublemaker or hesitant: Hesitant. Although, I can become a troublemaker if Iâm bored enough.
Have you ever:
â¨Kissed a stranger: Yep.
Drank hard liquor:Â Haha, yep. Yee-haw!
Lost glasses/contacts:Â A few times, though never permanently.
Sex on first date: Nah.
Broke someoneâs heart:Â I mean, maybe? Probably? Not that anyone ever said that explicitly, but I think it may have happened once or twice before.
Been arrested:Â Luckily, no.
Turn someone down:Â Yes, unfortunately.
Cried when someone died:Â Yeah.
Fallen for a friend:Â Yeah... yep.
Do you believe:
In⨠yourself: I think so. Most days, anyway. But itâs certainly a work in progress. I could do a better job of believing myself capable of taking bigger goals and challenges. I think Iâm somewhat hesitant to go about finding my limits, yâknow?
â¨Miracles: I definitely believe that fortunate or amazing events happen in spite of sheer odds. For instance, lone survivors of freak accidents, dogs finding their way home after missing for years, etc. No matter how statistically unlikely something is, if thereâs even a fraction of a chance of success, then itâs still possible. So I accept that some miracles we hear about are just really wild math problems. But as far as miracles involving God or some supernatural element... that, Iâm not so sure about. I donât know that Iâve ever experienced a miracle, so I donât really know what to believe.
Love at first sight:Â Only in the movies.
Heaven: This is a tricky one because I was raised protestant and attended a Christian school K-9, but on the other hand, Iâve been an agnostic since middle-school. See the problem? So I like the idea of heaven because it was part of my upbringing, itâs a nice/feel-good sorta thing, and I think part of me does want to believe that itâs real. But then, Iâm very critical, and I wonder, âI mean, sure okay... but how?â
Santa Claus: Only when Iâm around kids. Or my mom.
Kiss at first date:Â Eh, I think not.
Angels:Â Same as my answer about heaven. Itâs a pretty silly idea when you think about it at any length, but I grew up accepting it as truth.Â
