Hi sea family! Lately I have been over heating very easily. Even if I wear very light clothing I over heat within about a half hour and I have to use ice packs to cool down. Do you have any advice for me?

(Drink lots of water, carry around a fan if you can and just fan yourself whenever you want, splash cold water onto the back of your neck and on your shoulders when you have the opportunity. That should do the trick.)
