wtf even happened to heather bunny? Wasn't she Salem's alter/headmate that comforted him and were individual enough for her to gift him a drawing while fronting? I genuinely have no idea of how Salem manages his "alters" since most of them are treated like LITERAL ocs or look a lot like an old oc (like that one red panda and now heather.) I haven't seen any blog bring this up I literally have screen shots of Salem posts about heather being a headmate and it's like from last year. He said he and his alters sort of "fused" but then who's that one wolf boy alter? How does this work? How do we know which is just another oc or sona or his headmates. Also I love how the old representation of heather (alter) was just the average anime mom with big boobs that comforted Salem's and she was even am angel or something
You're confusion is because Salem wants to have it both ways.
You see, Heather is both an OC and an altar/there are two different Heathers.
The soft, nice "mommy" version is an alter, sometimes called Punnya, which is what she's referred to in her most recent art.
The mean dominant and aggressive "mean sissy" one is the oc. The one Salem is currently finishing.
The whole thing with Salem's altars is confusing and I think it's on purpose. He says things in this vague way so that when someone calls him out, he can just go "Oh, actually, I meant it the OTHER way!"
And Salem only claimed that he fused with his old host. Which is either Pepper (Puppychan):

Apperantly they are system co-hosts. Which is...confusing? For her to be a co-host, she would have to front often, and Salem never mentions that.

Now, at first, I and most others assumed the pink rabbit was Punnya/Heather, however, now I'm pretty sure that's Salem, due to the dreads.
Meaning that, in this instance, Pepper and Salem split from Punnya/Heather, or even someone else entirely?
Again, purposely confusing.
