@heartorn {natalie} and misty are in a bar trying to figure out who killed travis
Misty knew bringing an addict to a bar wasn't exactly the best idea, but as far as she knew, Natalie was maintaining her sobriety at least from the harder drugs. A little beer wasn't going to kill anyone, and besides, if she tried to make a stupid decision, Misty was here to help stop her. It seemed that their pursuit of information about whatever happened to Travis was helping the brunette keep focus anyhow.
Sitting at the bar like a couple of co-investigators was fun and exciting, she had to admit. A lot of her citizen detective work was done at home in private -- darkened rooms, late night dinner, Caligula over her shoulder as she scoured websites and library archives. Granted, the bar stools here were a little tall for Misty but she managed to climb up, sitting alongside Natalie as the woman began her first drink for the night.
"So, I was thinking we could probably investigate his old workplace, maybe see if any of his coworkers might be possible leads. We can do this online first before we show up in person, kick any doors in, you know," Misty began to ramble, sliding her glasses back up her nose with her middle and ring fingers.
"Do you see yourself more as a confrontational or intimidating asset in the field or are you good with breaking and entering, sneaking around? You know, I'm the information person and I can talk my way out of things if we get caught but I'm not really the face of a detective operation. But I bet together, we can get to the bottom of this."
