A refreshing and nutritious smoothie packed with the goodness of bananas, kiwis, and kale.
Ingredients: 1 ripe banana. 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced. 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed. 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: In a blender, combine the banana, kiwi slices, kale leaves, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, add ice cubes for a colder consistency and blend again until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
